EVALUATING HARDSHIP FOR WAIVERS OF INADMISSIBILITY

Psychological evaluations may play a crucial role in determining eligibility and favorable discretion, ultimately keeping families together. Learn how to conduct thorough psychological evaluations and write professional reports while expanding the scope of your practice.

Immigration waivers allow a non-citizen or foreign national to seek to have a ground of inadmissibility waived in order to be lawfully admitted to the United States. In order to do this, the applicant must file a waiver of inadmissibility. There are different types of waivers: some can be filed while the applicant is in the United States, while some others are filed as part of a consular process for filers abroad.
