Immediately! Once you make your purchase, you will receive instructions on how to stream the recording.

How long do I have access to the recording?

You have lifetime access! Even better, whenever I update or improve the course, you'll automatically receive the updated version at no extra cost.

Can I get Continuing Education Units (CEUs) when I purchase an On-Demand training?

Yes! After you watch the recording, you will be prompted to complete a short quiz. If you achieve a passing score of 75%, you will be awarded the corresponding CE units (typically one per hour).

Can I download the recording?

No, the trainings can only be streamed via an internet connection.
